March, 2008

Dale Ruff, an Architect, presented an interesting program on building a Stave Church after
an Irish meal of Corn Beef and Cabbage in honor of St Patrick's Day and for all our friends of
Celtic ancestry. FYI : Norwegian Vikings built the town of Dublin as a trade center.  For this
they introduced us to cabbage and strange tasting meat, perhaps?
