Our lodge takes pride in creating and serving authentic Norwegian culinary delights at our meetings. Our annual Lutefisk Dinner draws crowds of Norwegians from across the valley. We also enjoy passing our tradition and skills on to others and offer classes and instruction on cooking skills, such as lefse baking.
